Mr. Thomas Leon Devinney 71, passed away Sunday October 8, 2017, at his home, in McConnells, South Carolina.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Grandview Memorial Park, Cherry Road in Rock Hill with Rev. Jerry Devinney officiating. The family will receive friends at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Born in Rock Hill, SC Mr. Devinney was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Thomas Devinney and Inez Terry Devinney; and his brothers, Donald and Ricky Devinney. He retired from the Rock Hill Fire Department after 29 years as Captain.

Survivors include his wife, Gail Wright Devinney; sons, Scott Devinney (Cynthia) of Rock Hill and Steven Wright (Ashley) of York; daughter, Angela Devinney of Rock Hill; grandchildren, Kaleigh and Emma Wright of York and Brandyn Gillam of Rock Hill; brother, Gary Devinney (Marie) of Edgemoor; and his sister, Barbara Hill (Jerry) of York.
