Ms. Patricia Ann Barnette of Durham, NC was born on March 31, 1955 in Concord, NC and departed this earthly life at the Brian Center in Durham on September 25, 2017.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Joyce Barnette and a brother, Stephen Barnette. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Jason (Sheila), grandson, Bryson Stiles Barnette of Chapel Hill, NC; beloved sister, Priscilla Barbee (Glenn), Durham, NC; five brothers: Ivey, Harold, Ralph (Bradenton, FL), Reginald (Nicole), (Richmond, Va) and Rhodney; a special niece, Edwina Barbee, Durham, NC; special friends: Wiletha and Cynthia Barnette and Carolyn Robinson; the loving nurses and aides at the Brian Center in Durham, NC, who provided excellent care to her; and a host of other relatives.
Pat's live will be celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Emanuel AME Church, 2018 Riddle Rd., Durham, NC. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm.
