Jo Anne Rose
February 18, 1929 - January 25, 2021
Asheville, North Carolina - Jo Anne Rose, 91 passed away peacefully on Monday January 25th, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Allen Rose. Jo Anne was born in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Edward Thomas Davis and Margaret Hughes Davis on February 18th, 1929.
Jo Anne earned an undergraduate degree in English from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, in 1951. She was a very talented artist specializing in the watercolor medium and loved painting many beautiful coastal landscapes. Jo Anne was an avid tennis player and remained very active through her entire life.
Jo Anne always had a great sense of adventure about her and Tom and Jo Anne enjoyed traveling to many different countries during their retirement years. Jo, as some came to know her in her later years, was never afraid to speak her mind, never met a stranger and her warm nature and smile will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

A private crypt side service will be held in Cleveland, Ohio, on Saturday January 30th, 2021.
