Betty Lee Terryberry of Bradenton, died on Sunday, January 3, 2021
Born in 1929 in Trenton, NJ, Betty came to Bradenton in 1990. Betty was born in Trenton, NJ, on November 18, 1929 to Edward J. Wildblood, Sr., and Viola Lee Wildblood.
She retired from IMO Industries where she worked as an Executive Secretary. Betty was a member of St. Therese Byzantine Church, Ladies of the Oriental Shrine of North America, Daughters of the Nile and Elkettes.
A gathering will be held on Thursday, January 14 at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Bradenton Chapel, 912 53rd Avenue, Bradenton, FL 34207 from 11:00 AM to Noon with a Panachida (Byzantine Catholic Memorial Service) immediately following.
A Memorial Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Sunday, January 17 at St. Therese Byzantine Catholic Church, 4265 13th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33713 with the Very Reverend Robert Evancho and Rev. Dr. Edward G. Cimbala officiating. Burial will be private.
Betty was predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Kenneth C. Terryberry who died on November 14, 2020. She was also the widow of Peter Cimbala who died on December 31, 1966. Betty was also predeceased by her son Peter Cimbala, her daughter Geral Lee Cimbala, and her stepdaughter Nina Higgs.
She is survived by her sons Dr. Paul A. Cimbala (Dr. Elizabeth C. Vozzola) of West Hartford CT, Rev. Dr. Edward G. Cimbala, of New York, NY, step-daughter, Joy Hiler (Donald) of Grants Pass, OR, and son-in law Curtis Higgs, grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Betty's greatest joy was her love for her family, church and her friends.
In lieu of flowers, we know Betty would appreciate donations to Shriners' Children's hospital or St. Therese Byzantine Catholic Church, causes near and dear to her heart.

Please allow me to use this avenue to express my sympathy to the close family, especially Betty Lee's two sons. I am sorry that I never met her, my second cousin from my home town.
