Dilcia Nelly Herrera, 80, of Sarasota, Florida, died on Nov. 14, 2019. Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and to 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 21st, at the funeral home. Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, November 22nd at Saint Jude Catholic Church, Sarasota. Interment following in Palms Memorial Park.
