Gladys Doreen Dengler, 92, of Venice, FL, formerly of Brimfield, OH passed away on February 15, 2021 with family by her side. She was born on January 31, 1929 in Akron, OH to Henry Mortimer and Ida Amanda Leone Toop. Gladys was a beautiful seamstress, avid gardener, and loved to read. She also was very proficient at working on her jigsaw puzzles. During her time in Florida, she enjoyed the sun and the beach.
Gladys is predeceased by her husband Richard Dengler and son David Dengler. She is survived by her daughter Denise Miller (Bob), son Greg Dengler (Colleen), 9 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Gladys will be remembered as a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was an all-around pleasant person who will be missed.
There will be a private burial at Restland Cemetery in Brimfield, Ohio for family at a later date.
