My condolences to the family. Art was a true gentleman. I enjoyed having Art as a "preferred partner" in my business practice. May he rest in peace.
Sincerely,

We first met Art and Rusty 16 yrs. ago while touring the model homes in what was to be our future neiborhood, Devonshire. During those wonderful yrs. we came to know Art as a true and honorable gentleman. His soft spoken and compassionate manner said so much of the special person he was. Never wanting to call attention to himself only reinforced our respect and regard for our wonderful neighbor. It has been an honor and privilege to have known him.
