I am saddened to learn of the passing of Patrick. I have know him since childhood when we played Little League and sandlot baseball. He and I also worked on together one summer on a Wayne County Road Commission crew. Quite an experience cleaning drawbridges over the Rouge River. One day he fell in to the Rouge and we had to rescue him.
Over the years when I would run into Pat, he would show great pride and love for his family. He will be missed. Rest in Peace, Patrick.
