Hi Family of Mike, You don't know me, but your brother Mike was very dear to us. We just today found out what happened.
My husband and I moved to Texas in April 2017 and Mike was one of the first people we meet. He lived in the same complex we did. Although we didn't know him long, we loved him very much. There was a group of us that bonded. We got together as often as we could. As you know mike, there was always good abundant!! If you like I'll forward you some pictures. We always took pictures!!
I sure the family is grief stricken, we can't even process what's happened.
Our group we affectionately called our Texas Family consisted of Pearl Harper, Tom and Brisa Mulholland, Josh and Lindsey Guderian, and me and my Husband Doug Ethridge. We are all in shock. Tom and Pearl both had been trying to reach him since mid October. They decided to just start searching the internet and found his obituary.
We just wanted you and the rest of Mike's family to know how much we loved him.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to Mike's friends and family. I met Mike in the fall of 1989 when my roommate and I moved across the street from him at Edgewood Beach in Holland. He came over that first day to introduce himself and let us know that we could call him if we ever needed anything since he had rented our house the year before. He was a great guy and we shared lots of laughs during our cook-outs. I am so sorry for your loss.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes- Psalms 116:15 With sincere condolences.

Mike was one of the most thoughtful and hard-working persons I have ever known and I miss him very much. We worked together on projects at Rapistan and Siemens/Northrop-Grumman. He was always the guy willing to do anything to help or just make people smile. I know he was a wonderful father and grandfather and a great help to his community through his volunteer work. Even though we lived in different states, we still kept in touch. I just can't believe I will never see him again.
