How sad that this wonderful person was taken. We met only once but since that time we exchanged many e-mails regarding Christ. Her enthuiasm and research of the Hignutt Family genealogy will be missed. Thank you, Gwen, for these efforts and making this world a better place. Her grandfather was my dad's (Elmer) brother. I'm so sad to hear of Gwen's passing. I've never met her in person, but we shared information on the Messick/Mezick family over the years. She was a very helpful and positive person, and she will be missed very much. May God bless and comfort her family and friends.

Gwen was a wonderful lady that was the very first to help me with my Walls family geneology. She shared so many things with me that I never could ever express my gratitiude to her. Her great-grandfather and my great -grandfather were Walls brothers. So Gwen was my distant cousin. We always planned to meet one another, but I will see her in a better place. My prayers & thoughts are with her husband, children and family during this time, God will be with you all. Andrea (Walls( McCarty..Ocean city, MD

Gwen helped me when i first started researching our family...she was so kind to send me so many photos. Her great-grandfather (Henry Clay Walls) was the younger brother of my great-grandfather (James Gardner Walls). She was a distant cousin and we had planned to meet one day. I am so sorry she has gone....She was a wonderfully generous lady to be so kind to help me and so many others. She wil be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her entire family.

I was saddened to learn of Gwen's passing. I never met her in person, but had online contact with her a number of times, beginning in Fall 2004, via Sussex Co., DE Walls Family genealogy, and always found Gwen to be a pleasure to hear from and to exchange messages with. My sincere sympathy goes out to all her loved ones. May God bless you all and give you comfort during this sad and difficult time.

I'll always remember Gwen as being kind and generous; opening her house to us "Master's Girls" often. I've seen Gwen's profound influence through Jenn's life and friendship and this amazing legacy will echo through her grandchildren and generations to come, as the Lord allows. Continued prayers of comfort and peace to all of us who grieve Gwen; terribly missed and never forgotten.

To Brandon, Jen and Clarence: I never had the privilege to meet Gwen, but I know that she loved you all. I am so sorry for your loss, but hope that knowing she is in Heaven with Jesus will ease some of your pain of missing her. I was keeping up with the news through Jen's Facebook, but I was so shocked and saddened when I read that she had passed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Gwen, you will truely be missed by everyone. You loved life, but you were not afraid of what lay after life, for you knew your resting place would be in heaven surrounded by love as you were here on earth. My sympathy goes out to your entire family.

To Gwen's family I extend my heartfelt sympathy. Gwen and I had enjoyed searching cemeteries in the Lewes and Harbeson area while researching our Walls family line here in Sussex County, Delaware. She will be missed.

So many memories, so many thoughts, so many emotions all flood through my mind, and no words will ever convey my feelings. I will miss Gwen. I can never convey my feelings of sympathy and comfort for her family. Just know that I feel all these things in my soul and heart. I rejoice that Gwen is with her Daddy, my cousin Dawson, in his loving arms where they reside with Jesus. How nice to finally meet all the family we have been researching. Look for me when I get there. See you later, Gwen. I remain your loving cousin.
