Kaycee Chouest Keller Obituary
Kaycee Chouest Keller, 38, a native of Raceland and resident of Thibodaux, passed away on July 24, 2017.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Saturday, July 29, at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral, Thibodaux, from 8 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. The burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by her husband of 11 and half years, John Keller; amazing daughter, Mila Lea Keller; parents, Tommy Chouest and wife, Mamie, and Elaine Olivier and husband, Mark; husband's parents, Robert and Pam Keller; siblings, Melissa Josey and husband, Timmy, Daniell Owens and husband, Dereck, and Jonathan Chouest and wife, Denzil; husband's sibling, Virginia Lottinger, and husband, Trey; and six nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Felix and Mary Foret.

Kaycee was a loving and devoted mother, wife, sister and daughter. She always put others needs in front of her own.

Kaycee celebrated life to the fullest. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She worked extremely hard to advance her education and received a Master's in Nursing, Specializing in Nurse Anesthesia from LSU in 2010. Throughout her medical career as a nurse anesthetist, she took pride in patient comfort and satisfaction. Kaycee had a kind and giving heart and her smile was infectious.

Kaycee was loved by all who met her and will be missed by all who knew her. Above all, Kaycee loved her time spent with her "beautiful little mess", Mila. Whether it was blowing bubbles, playing in her castle, reading books, watching Disney movies or tanning in a 3-foot blow-up pool, this time was cherished and will always be remembered.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Jude at www.stjude.org/give/memorials-and-dedications.html
