Richard LeCompte Obituary
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Thursday, July 23, at Holy Savior Catholic Church. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Holy Savior Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Terry L. LeCompte; daughters, Tammy L. Uzee and husband, Daniel, and Kristie L. Ward; brothers, Orgie A. LeCompte; sister, Patricia L. Trahan; half sisters, Mary Scurlock and Janice Rogers; stepsister, Amanda Ogeron; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Eula LeCompte Rogers; stepfather, Noah Rogers; stepbrother, Geard Rogers; and sister, Dutie L. Blair.
Richard was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
