Robin Weiner Obituary

ROBIN SCHEPS WEINER, born October 26, 1952 in Houston, Texas died peacefully at home with her family by her side on Thursday October 4, 2012.
She battled kidney cancer for nine years and became an advocate for the educational awareness and eradication of the disease. Robin exhibited a tremendous amount of love and positive energy that touched everyone that met her. Her strength and love of life persevered throughout her battle and she was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her.
Robin is survived by her husband, Barry Weiner; daughter Alexis Paige Weiner; Brother, Brent Scheps; and sister, Lisa Scheps. Services will be held Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 10:30 am at Beth Israel Memorial Gardens, 1101 Antoine, Houston, Texas, In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Kidney Cancer Association, www.kidneycancer.org.
