Ann Barbara Carter
1935-2021
Ann Barbara Carter went home Saturday, March 27, 2021 while surrounded by family and friends. Born April 30, 1935 in Webster, Massachusetts; Ann is survived by her sister Elinor Pickles, two sons Joseph and James, daughters in law Jan and Jennifer and Grandchildren Allyson, Ashley, Joseph, Joshua, Lauren, Ruth and Travis. Also, Great Grandchildren Bryon, Havok, Madelyn, Reed, Skylynn, Sophie, and Vincent, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and father Laura and Joe Coghill and husband JB Carter, Jr. Ann was saved at the age of 12 at a Billy Graham crusade in Providence Rhode Island in 1947. She went to be with those gone before and we will see her again someday. Ann has requested that there be no ceremony, save a private gathering where her ashes will be spread at the beach she so loved.
