Am so saddened to learn that Dave is no longer with us. I met him and Kay in Louisvile in 1962. it was always fun to be with them. They were so proud of the accomplishments of their children.
I was at his last KMI reunion, and we had such a good visit and enjoyed reminisicing about old times. Kay wasn't able to attend, but Dave called her, and everyone got a chance to talk to her. I shall long remember how happy he was to reconnect with his KMI friends. I shall remember him with fondness.
I extend my deep sympathy to his family. He will be missed.

I shared a lab with Dave for five years (1990-95). We became computer-literate (first DOS; later Windows) sharing the same PC. Dave loved playing computer Solitaire, and eating fried chicken for lunch. I'll miss you Pardner.

I would like to extend my sincerest condolences to the Buhner family. I was deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Buhner's passing. I really enjoyed speaking to Mr. and Mrs. Buhner from time to time when I played ball with Teddy. You are going to be deeply missed Mr. Buhner...You and Mrs. Buhner raised an outstanding family. You will all be in my prayers.

I worked with Dave for some time. We played many a round of golf over the years with much enjoyment. Dave was a good golfer and I was with him when he made a "hole in one" at Clear Lake Golf Course
