Kennedy Brown Obituary
Kennedy was a planner, thinker, artist, and adventurer always having her eye on the future while enjoying the present. She had a genuine love of life and people, especially babies. From a young age, she was a voracious reader with an interest in anything related to technology, earning her the title of "family tech support". Like many in the family she was a sports enthusiast playing soccer, basketball and swimming throughout her life. Kennedy was a loving daughter, sister and friend who made everything more fun. In fact, many gatherings were initiated by her simple request as it was almost impossible to tell her no. She has touched many in her short life. All will miss her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and sparkling brown eyes.
She is survived by her loving family: parents Sigrid and Tony Brown, brothers Carson and Mason all of Houston, grandparents, Ike and Rita Brown, of Port Arthur, Texas, and countless aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on (Thursday) July 24, 2014 from 9-9:55 a.m., Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. both services will be held at St. Mary of the Purification Catholic Church, 3006 Rosedale St., Houston, TX 77004. Interment will follow in Houston Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Sunshine Kids of Houston in Kennedy's honor.

My prayers are with you. I always talk about Kennedy to my family so much they feel as though they know her. I told my husband if we ever had a daughter her name would be Kennedy Rae. No matter what kind of day I was having at the library when Kennedy came in she made me smile. She was so sweet and always made sure Mason and Carter said please and thank you. I will continue to pray for you guys for I know it will never get easier but her wonderful memory will live on for ever.

Sigrid and Tony,
People often speak of how teachers touch the lives of their students. But, today, I want you to know how much Kennedy touched my heart. She was such an amazing kid! Of course I don't have to tell you that with Kennedy in class there was never a dull moment! I enjoyed her so much! She had such an incredible light inside of her and our world truly is darker in her absence. But, find peace in God's Word. I believe Him when he says in 1 Thessalonians 4 that you will see your baby again.
