Marvin Landry Obituary

MARVIN L. LANDRY, 77, passed away November 15, 2001 in Houston, Texas. He was born August 26, 1924 in Port Neches, Texas to Espera and Annie Landry. Marvin served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and graduated from Texas A & M University. He worked with the Corps of Engineers and took early retirement as an engineer to own his own business. Marvin is preceded in death by his wife Charline, and daughters Sandra Bersentes and Marilyn Tacconelly. His loving family, daughters Judith Cross, Kathryn Mayfield and her husband Bill, son Steven Tacconelly and wife Suzanne, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and brothers Charles Landry and his wife Catherine and Allen Landry and his wife Joan survive him. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday with a vigil service at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 Am Tuesday at St. Cyril of Alexandria Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
