BARBARA SUE (BARBIE) DANIEL FOJTASEK, age 43, of the Woodlands, Texas, passed away March 19, 2008 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras as a result of injuries incurred while on a Spring Break Cruise with her husband and two children. Barbie was born September 1, 1964 in Wharton, Texas. She graduated from Klein High School and Texas A&M University. Barbie was Treasurer of Daniel Resource Development where she worked with her two brothers, Bruce Daniel and William B. Daniel, IV and her father, William B. Daniel III. Barbie gave tirelessly of her time to her church, was an active parent and supporter of The John Cooper School, served as a counselor and camp director for The Pioneer and Discovery Conferences of The Hus Encampment and was an avid fan and faithful supporter of the Texas A&M family. The role Barbie loved and excelled at above all was that of Mother and Wife, constantly being involved with her children's activities and enrichment. It was uplifting just to see her enjoying her children! This rare, sweet person, in her too short time, brought joy and happiness to the many lives she touched. Barbie leaves to mourn her passing her devoted husband Glenn L. Fojtasek, and loving children, Zachary and Pamela. She is also survived by her parents William and Barbara Lee Daniel, her brother William and his children Robyn, William V, Alex, Sean and Rayne; brother Bruce, his wife Shonnie and their children Benjamin, Katie and Mitchell; sister Lee Ann McComas, her husband Wayne; and Natasha Lee Daniel. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. William R. Miller and Mr. and Mrs. William B. Daniel, Jr. "She was the sunshine that brightened our lives!" Friends are cordially invited to a visitation from five until eight o'clock in the evening on Friday, March 28, 2008 in the chapel of Forest Park-The Woodlands, 18000 I45 South, The Woodlands, Texas. A celebration of Barbie's life will be held at eleven o'clock in the morning on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Faith Bible Church, 5505 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, Texas. Barbie will be laid to rest in Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery with a reception to follow at the church. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to The John Cooper School, One John Cooper Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77381 or The Barbie Memorial at The Hus Encampment of The Unity of The Brethren c/o Marvin Chlapek, 11026 Elm Ridge Court, Houston, TX 77065-3226. 281-469-7630. My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family. I know from personal experience that there are no words I can offer that will serve as comfort during this time. That said always hold on to the memories - those will never die. Be thankful for the time that God blessed you with her in this world.
It is our hope that Barbie knew Jesus Christ as her personal saviour. Please know that the De La Torre family will be praying for you.

Dear Glenn, Zachary, and Pamela: our prayers are with you during your time of loss. I will always remember Barbie by her quick smile, wit, love of her children, and her "techno gadgets." She will be greatly missed. Each time a ray of sunshine touches your face, Zachary and Pamela, remember your mom is smiling upon you from heaven.

I'm still in shock from this horrible and senseless tragedy. I knew Barbie from The Brethren Church and she was a wonderful person who shared herself with many young people throughout the Hus Encampment Youth program. I, along with hundreds of other people will always remember her with an infectious and beautiful smile, great sense of humor and wonderful personality. To the family - May those memories and knowing that she touched so many lives help give you some sort of peace during the weeks and months to come.
