Polly, I'm so sorry for your loss but, as you said, it's Heaven's gain. I only remember Johnny as a little tyke who gave his new sister, Carolyn, a pinch to show how he felt about being replaced as the baby. Glad the kids got through sibling rivalry and became so close. I'm so proud of the man Johnny became. He left a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all he touched.

My darling son, it has been a month and four days since you answered God's call to go home to Him. Words cannot express the depth of my grief, but I know that you're in Heaven and not suffering any more. You were only loaned to us and God wanted you there with him. I imagine you flying down the ski slope like the wind, ski poles waving in the air, singing one of your crazy Pink Floyd songs -- free, free on that mountain! I will love you forever, my precious boy. Save me a seat in Heaven and I'll see you there. Your loving Muvver/Mom

Johnny, You will always be my big brother and I will have BIG memories to hold on to forever. I will always sing "Wish You Were Here" and think of you. Thank you for sending me the songs and keeping an eye on Cameron at camp.
In his name may you be blessed in heaven!
