Ethan James-Lee Hauschultz

Manitowoc - Ethan James-Lee Hauschultz, age 7, of Manitowoc, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc surrounded by his loving family.

Ethan was born on September 13, 2010 in Two Rivers, son of Andrea Everett and Anthony Hauschultz Sr. He attended the second grade at Monroe Elementary School.

Ethen is survived by his parents: Andrea & Anthony; three siblings: Mercadez, Amiyah & twin brother Anthony Jr.; his grandmothers: Heather and Tina; and grandfather: Robert James, along with many other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Connection Church, 1455 North Rapids Road, Manitowoc on Saturday, July 28, 2018. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday at the church from 2:00 p.m. until the Celebration of Life service at 4:00p.m. The Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory assisted the family with arrangements. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Holy Family Memorial Medical Center for their untiring efforts trying to save Ethan.
