Donna Mae Mixa was born in Two Rivers December 30 1933 to John Mixa and Rosemarie Persik. She married David A Sheridan 7/4/1953. She was a homemaker and a seamstress for many years before returning to Silver Lake college and obtaining majors in art & art education. She served as an activities director in Green Bay until retirement where she was very involved in her neighborhood improvement group. She was an active member at First Lutheran Church in the guild and quilting. She is survived by three sons & daughters in law, Robert & Gail (Troullier), Michael & Lori (Kozelka), and Patrick & Caroline (Moeller), and one daughter & son in law, Eileen & David Weller. She is also survived by five grandsons: Benjamin, Zachary, Matthew, Nathan, and Sean, and two granddaughters: Katie and Alicia. She is also survived by one sister, Shirleyanne VanDette, of Buffalo, New York.

One daughter Kathleen preceded her in death. Memorials to be given to the kidney foundation.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2013, at First Lutheran Church, 521 North 8th Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Roald Harswick will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 818 State Street, Manitowoc, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Thursday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Online condolences may be expressed at
