Austin Lee Thomas Glenn
October 15, 1993 - October 4, 2016
Austin was born on October 15, 1993 in Caldwell, Idaho to the proud parents of Chad and Tina Glenn. He went to be with God on the morning of October 4, 2016. Austin grew up in Marsing, Idaho where he attended school and graduated from Marsing High in 2012. He then went on to the University of Idaho where he was a student athlete.
As a child Austin traveled with his family to many places throughout the United States. He loved to visit his grandparents, Linda and Dick Warrilow in Key West Florida. There they went deep sea fishing, scuba diving, spending time together at the beach and on the boat. Austin was also fortunate enough to spend a great deal of his life with his grandpa, Jerry Glenn. They enjoyed fishing on the Snake River, hunting, camping and most of all just being together.
Austin was competitive as a child and loved doing many activities with his brothers and sister. They spent many days and nights playing catch with a football, baseball, basketball and the occasional rock.
He was a very successful athlete. On the football field he was a force to be reckoned with, from Optimist through college. On the wrestling mat he was just as impressive winning numerous tournaments. Austin's elite perseverance took him into the MMA where he was pursuing a career.
Austin had many accomplishments that paled in comparison to what really mattered to him; Family, friends, compassion, integrity, loyalty and authenticity. His open and welcoming heart affected everyone he came into contact with.
Austin is an amazing son, brother, uncle (to his pride and joy, Alice), grandson, cousin and best friend to many. He was generous beyond belief and always lived life to the fullest. He has a smile that would knock your socks off. Austin is greatly missed.
He is survived by his mother and father, sister Brittany Moore, brother Mike Moore, brother Justin Glenn, grandparents Jerry and Kaye Glenn, grandparents Linda and Dick Warrilow, many uncles, aunts and cousins.
Services will be held at the Marsing High School gym on Friday, October 14, 2016, at 11:00 a.m.
