Betty Rae Eoff

Betty Rae Eoff, 79, of Homedale, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2016, after a 2 year courageous battle with cancer.
Betty was born on November 15, 1936 in the parsonage of the Nazarene Church in Homedale, Idaho, to Raymond and Christine Reed. She has five siblings: Ramona (Jerry) Maddox, Leslie (Allean) Quibell, Lori Kay, Randy (Kenny) Rutherford, and Marvel Reed. Betty lived her young life in Homedale before meeting her beloved husband, Boyd. They married in 1952 and had 5 children: Yvonne Rae, Kenneth Duane, Kelly Gene, JoAnn Faye, and Tamra Sue. She was a lifetime servant of the Lord. She helped her husband, Boyd, minister as he pastored for 22 years.
She worked tirelessly her entire life for her family. She owned many businesses, and worked at many more. She loved with her whole heart, always had a kind word, and a smile. She lived for her family.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Rev. Boyd Eoff; her children Yvonne Whitman and Kenneth Eoff; grandsons Byron Hunt, Junior and Jose Garcia.
She enjoyed her 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and her 4 month old great-great-granddaughter, Charlotte Mae. She was a member of T.O.P.S. for the last 25 years where she finally achieved her weight loss goal one month ago. Betty was an active member of the Mountain View Nazarene Church and she loved the ministry of the Lord.
Funeral Services will be held at Mountain View Church of the Nazarene, Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. A viewing will begin 2 hours before the service at the church. Interment will follow at Marsing Homedale Cemetery. Condolences can be given at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com.
