Dick Lee Cowger
January 8, 1933 - January 2, 2015
Dick Lee Cowger passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 2, 2015. He was born January 8th, 1933 to Earl and Dorothy (Lux) Cowger. He was the youngest of three children and attended Kuna schools. Dick worked various jobs, including Cotem and Cascade Lumber Mill and then later managed his own business, "Mahogany Bar and Café", in Yellow Pine Idaho. He was a hard worker who loved to hunt and fish.
Dick was happily married to Bobbie (Reed) for 53 years. He is the father of 6 children, Steve, Jerry, Joe, Tim, Tanya, and Mick. He had 36 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He retired in Nampa for the last 15 years and enjoyed gardening. He will be missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie; and children, Joe Cowger of Boise, Tim Cowger of Alta California, and Mick of Wilder Idaho. Memories and Condolences can be shared at www.alsipfuneralchapel.com.
