Dorothea Dot Douglas Huett, 92 of Parma, died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at the Owyhee Health & Rehabilitation Center in Homedale, ID. Graveside service to be conducted at 2 pm on Wednesday, December 31st, at the Roswell Cemetery by Pastor George Harsha of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Parma, ID, under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. 459-3629. Dorothea was born February 8, 1922 in Roswell, ID to Guy & Rose Douglas. She attended school in Roswell. She married Glen Admyers in 1939 and had her first child, Joe Richard Admyers (Joyce). In 1942 Dorothea married Frank Wesley Huett in Parma. She was blessed with five more children: Jack (Carol), Ron (Connie), Dale (Sue), Linda (Abner), Dennis (Mary). She has 20 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
For many years she was an LPN at the Caldwell Memorial Hospital. She retired in 1986.
Dorothea was a member of the Parma SDA Church.
Surviving relatives include: Sons, Joe Richard Admyers Sr., Jackson Lee Huett, Ronald Frank Huett, Dale Edgar Huett, and Dennis Leroy Huett; Daughter, Linda Rose Martin; Sisters, Esther Luce, Helen Bohne, and Jean Douglas; 20 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, 1 grandson and 2 great grandsons.
