Francisca R. Gomez
January 29, 1952 - January 20, 2016
Francisca R. Gomez, 63, of Parma went to be with her lord and savior on Wednesday, January 20, 2016.
Francisca "Pancha" Gomez was born January 29, 1952 in Cinco De Febrero, Tamaulipes to Gonzalo and Ernestina Ramirez. Growing up her family migrated to various states as migrant workers. In 1973, she married Baltazar Gomez Jr. in Glendale, AZ and moved to Idaho where they raised their children for the past 43 years.
In 1975 she went to work for Crookham Company where she was currently employed for the last 40 years.
In addition to raising their 8 children, she thoroughly enjoyed bargain shopping, yard saling, attending all family extracurricular activities and we can't forget "Golden Corral". Pancha was a very loving devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandma. She lived for her family and making them happy. Anyone lucky enough to know her knew she was the most caring person who always put others before her. Pancha was truly the most selfless person who took pride in her children, grandchildren and their accomplishments. Her smile reflected just how proud she was of her family. She will be greatly missed, and remembered by all.
Pancha is survived by her father and mother, Gonzalo and Ernestina Ramirez; Husband, Baltazar Gomez Jr; her siblings, Maria Cervantes, Joe Ramirez, Robert Ramirez, Henrietta Matamoros, Gloria Ramirez, Ricardo Ramirez, George Ramirez, Rosa Ramirez; her daughters, Estella Grimaldo, Elena Gomez, Elizabeth Freeman, Veronica Ferro, Zandra Pedroza, Alicia Gomez, and Yesenia Gomez and her only son, Baltazar Gomez III; 27 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many who consider her a mother.
There will be a Rosary held at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church on Wednesday January 27, 2016 at 7:00 pm. Services will be held on Thursday January 28, 2016 at the Calvary Chapel, in Caldwell, Idaho at 11 am with a reception to follow at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.
