Fred Stanley Freeman
September 29, 1946 - February 2, 2017
Fred Stanley Freeman, 70, died Thursday, February 2, 2017 at home of natural causes, after more than 11 years of debilitation and declining health.
He is survived by his wife, the love of his life of 49 years, Gwen; His children Angela (David Orton), Kurt (Maryhelen), Chris (Jennie), Wendy (Brad Keller) and Jon (Malanda); Sisters Barbara Hayman, Rosalie Taylor and Donna Freeman; 15 granddaughters, 4 grandsons, 3 grandsons-in-law and one great-grandson.
Raised in Lewisville, Idaho, Fred had an idyllic childhood. Ever a hard worker, he always made sure his family came first. Fred was a man of great faith and exquisite spiritual strength who led his family in righteousness and served diligently throughout his life.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Darwin, and sister, Carol Poole; his friend and brother-in-law Ron Wodskow and father-in-law Howard Murdoch.
While we miss him, we know that Fred is happy and free from pain. We take great strength and comfort in our knowledge of the Plan of Salvation and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
