Born April 14th, 1936 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Franklin Hardy and Ida Mcknight Hardy.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, 4 siblings. Roy Hardy, Doyle Hardy, Hazel Viani and Ben Hardy. Jim is survived by his lil sister Mildred Shepherd and sister-In-law Bennye Hardy wife of brother Roy Hardy.
Jim passed away peacefully at home at 12:26pm on June 12, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was always a very busy man building dune buggies he and his sons would race. Jim built many classic pick-ups and race cars for friends. Jim was a friend of oh so many people whom he loved dearly. Jim was always busy with a project and never idle all his life, even until his last breath. Jim was a faithful member of The , a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He leaves behind his childhood sweetheart of 67 years, LaVerne Hardy, along with two sons, Timothy Guy Hardy, and Tyerone Frank Hardy. Two daughters, Sandra Adriene Hardy and Sharon Louise Randall. Daughter-in-laws, Dena Loraine Hardy, April Dawn Hardy. Jim has grandchildren, Lisa Ann Lacovelli, Kristin Adriene Roberts, Joshua James Hardy, Tyson John Henri Hardy, Brandon Lloyd Hardy, Rochelle Alek Zandra LaVerne Hardy and great-grandchildren, Tina Louise McNeiece, Pamela Randall, Tynessa Kristine Lacovelli, Zayan Lee, Kaiden John Hardy, Nevaeh Hardy, Aiyden Hardy, Louey McNeiece, Harper McNeiece, Carmen Lee.
There will be a viewing will be Friday June 15, 2018 from 10am to 12pm at the Nampa Funeral Home at 415 12th Ave So, Nampa, ID 83687, followed by Interment at 1pm at Kohlerlawn Cemetery located at 76th Street North, Nampa, ID. Family and friends are welcome to stop by Jim's home after for refreshments at 1015 10th street N. Nampa Idaho.
