Loyce Jeanne Clark
October 28, 1940 - June 27, 2015
Loyce Jeanne' "Jean" Blea-Clark was born October 28, 1940 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Delbert "Bud" Ehlert and Lois Elhert and passed away peacefully in her home in Wilder, Idaho after battling cancer on June 27, 2015 with her granddaughter Danielle by her side.
Jean married Nicholas Blea in California, a union that lasted 43 years until his death in 2002. Jean married Thomas Clark on December 29, 2003, in Wilder, Idaho and their love for each other allowed them to go home to Jesus together.
Jean is survived by three children, Thomas Scott, Christine Canning and Debbie Staats-Barlow and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jean enjoyed raising her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Jean's work outside of her home allowed her to help out in local schools, serve people in restaurants, and work in the airline industry for Hughes Aircraft and The Boeing Company. Jean was an active and vital member of Homedale Friends Community Church and specifically used her gifts to minister to
and teach children. In her spare time Jean enjoyed crafts, including knitting, gardening and painting.
Jean's Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 10, 2015 at 6:00 PM at Homedale Friends Community Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be given to Homedale Friends Community Church for its Christian Life Club program or to Danielle Scott to establish a scholarship fund for Jean's great grandchildren, Kimberly, Lily, and Marcus.
