Lucille Dines Aldrich

Lucille Dines Aldrich entered heaven on February 22, 2016 surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born on February 2, 1935 to Russell and Faye Dines in Marsing, Idaho. Lucille was the eldest of six children and always enjoyed being with her family. She attended school in Marsing and shortly after graduating she married Bert Shields. Through this union they were blessed with two children, Teri (Rod) Hoover and Tony Shields.
Through the years she worked at Consumers Grocery, Birdseye, Fleetwood Homes and Simplot. Later Lucille found the person she wished to spend the rest of her life with and married Don Aldrich. The two of them enjoyed watching and playing with their grandkids and great grandkids. She always had a great love for kids.
Lucille is survived by her husband Don Aldrich, brothers Frank (Ellen) Dines, Ralph (Margie) Dines and Richard (Sherrie) Dines, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sister Donna (Bob) Webb, Brother Donald Dines and brother George (Jackie) Dines. A viewing will be held at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Ave South, Nampa on Thursday February 25, 2016 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 26 at 10:30 am at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel. In lieu on flowers donation can be made to the Kidney foundation.
