Mary Lou Coombs
Mary Lou Coombs, 58, of Boise, died Jan. 8, 2017 at her home due to natural causes. Mary Lou was born September 28, 1958, in Boise, Idaho, the daughter of Irma Clark. She is survived by her siblings: Mike (Margaret) Coombs, Marty Clark, Stan Coombs, Rick (Dona) Coombs, Linda Chandler and her mother Irma Clark. She also leaves three nephews: Sam, Will and Magnus; two nieces, Brianna and Kaylee, many uncles, aunts, cousins and her best friend Debbie Wall-Graham.
Mary Lou graduated from Borah High in 1977. Mary Lou retired from Saint Alphonsus Hospital in Boise after 35 years in the dietitian department where she had many friends. She was the great granddaughter of early pioneer families: George Knox, Ed Bush, Jennie Clark and William Fease.
Mary Lou loved her Grandma Edna Clark, her family, her friends, God and her little dog Gideon. She was an avid reader and loved going to the movies or watching them at home. She kept a list every year documenting every movie she watched and every book she read.
