Ruby Ann Bronson
June 5, 1941 - May 14, 2017
Ruby Ann Bronson, 75, of Meridian, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Meridian Care Center. She was born on June 5, 1941 to John Kenneth and Virginia Mae Rawls Stanley in Thornton, Idaho.
Ruby lived in Rexburg, Idaho until 1961 until moving to Logan, Utah and then to Kuna, Idaho in 1978. She worked in manufacturing building manufactured homes. Ruby also worked for nine years at St. Alphonsus in the housekeeping department, H.P. for seven years, Jabil for six years and Plexus for eight years.
Ruby enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, cooking, canning and doing jigsaw puzzles.
She is survived by her two daughters; Louise (Dennis) Mansfield and Sherri Peel; one sister, Winnie; three nephews, Eric, Sam and Kenneth; three granddaughters, Kylee, Kelby and Kaleena Bronson; one grandson, Dennis Mansfield; four great-grandchildren, Sophia, Zuri, Odin and Mallory; several cousins.
Ruby is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Thomas Bronson; one granddaughter, CJ Mansfield; one sister-in-law, Shirley Sparrow; one brother, Steven Stanley and one aunt, Viola Erickson.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Kuna LDS Church, 313 E. Deer Flat Road, Kuna, ID from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. The funeral service will be on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the church. Interment in Hyrum City Cemetery, Hyrum, UT on Saturday, May 20 at 2:00 PM.
