Susan was born October 25, 1962 in Clinton, Indiana, to Patricia and Donald Jack Adams. She was raised and educated in Indiana. Susan, and her mother Patty, joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1979. Susan embraced her faith and enjoyed her many callings, as well as the fellowship that she shared within the church. She decided go to Idaho in 1988 where she attended Rick's College studying electronic engineering. She met a gentleman in one of these classes. Susan married and was sealed forever to her only love, William Bennett, on February 17, 1989 in the LDS Temple at Logan, Utah. They were loving companions for 27 years.
They made their home in various locations until 1992 when they moved to Susan's family farm in Rockville, Indiana. In 1994 they were blessed with twins, Logan and Lehi, and started their family. Two years later the twin boys were joined by a sister, Laura. At this time the family moved to Brazil, Indiana, and remodeled a 100 year old home. This was a great joy to Susan as she enjoyed every aspect of the remodel. Susan's parents had divorced when she was young and both passed within this time. After their passing the family moved back to Idaho to be closer to friends and family. At this time Susan had her third son and fourth child, Lance. After several more moves in Idaho and eastern Oregon they moved to Caldwell. At this time Lianna came to live with them. They adopted her and she was sealed to them to complete their family.
Susan is survived by her husband, William Bennett, and their five children, Logan (wife, Isreal), Lehi, Laura, Lance, and Lianna.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
