Timothy Joe "Tim" Fargher, 45, of Nampa, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009, at his home. A celebration of his life will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel.
Tim was born on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1964, at Sterling, Ill., to Joe and Joyce Fargher. The family moved to Idaho in 1972. Tim graduated from the Idaho State School for the Deaf and Blind in Gooding. He was active in many sports throughout his school years.
Tim was a "Jack of all Trades". He could fix anything that did not work. He was one of those caring people who would help anyone.
Tim loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and the Idaho mountains. He enjoyed bowling and was an active member and donated to the Boise Sport Club of the Deaf.
There were many trips across the United States, back and forth from Idaho to Illinois. The most recent one, in June of 2007, the "great R.V. Trip", was where Tim and nine other family members headed out to Illinois.
Tim is survived by his mother, Joyce; his brothers, Tom, Todd and Glenn; his sisters, Theresa (his twin), Trenee and Tammy; nieces, Tacarra and Shaena; nephews, Dan, Jordan, Zachary, Darrien and Chase, and several aunts and uncles and cousins in Illinois and Arizona.
Tim was preceded in death by his father, Joe; his uncles, Ron, Chuck and Jr.; and his Aunt Caroline.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to John at John's Medic in Nampa.
