Delbert Lee Leslie (Del) son of Car Dewey and Frances Papke Leslie was born October 12, 1937 in Montrose, Colorado. Soon after Del was born his family moved to Burley Idaho where he spent all of his younger years. Del was very active in high school as the President of his senior class and he also played football for Burley High School. After high school Del moved to Salt Lake City where he attended Henagar's Collages and got Degree in Business. After collage Del got his taste in sales and spent his next 20 years with Fruehauf trailers sales. After his retirement from Fruehauf Del moved to Boise Idaho where he started his second career when he opened his own business Trailer Marketing International (TMI) were he sold Heavy equipment, Semi-Trucks and trailers. At the great age of 75 Del found his second home in Boise with Treasure Valley Bible Church where he found his love with Christ and became very involved with his new church family doing ushering and greeting people as they came through the doors. Another great love of Del's was bowling. His family loved to tease him about his two bowling ball bags that he treated like is own kids. Del was a very loved Father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be missed by his family and friends.
Del was proceeded in death by his father Carl Dewey Leslie, mother Frances Papke Leslie, brother Junior, Dale, Kenny, sister Ion, and his youngest son Brian Leslie.
Del is survived by his four children Darren Leslie, Debbie Frew, Dena Allen and Deann Ingram and his Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
Del requested that there be no services but that everyone lives their lives to their fullest. Please feel free to have a celebration of Life if you would like.
