McBRIEN Wife Nuala, Sons and Daughters and extended family of the late Pete McBrien would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. Our heartfelt thanks to all who called at our family home, travelled long distances, attended and participated in the Requiem Mass and burial, and those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and floral tributes. We would like to especially thank our great neighbours, friends and relatives who sat up at night, brought food, served tea, provided lighting and helped in so many ways during the wake. We would like to sincerely thank Paul Green who contacted the emergency services and stayed at the scene. A sincere thanks to Fr. King for his spiritual guidance during this time and for celebrating the Funeral Mass. We also thank the altar servers, Eucharistic ministers and Amanda for her beautiful singing during the Mass. A special word of thanks to the gravediggers and the undertakers Ollie, Felix and Leo for their support, advice and for carrying out the funeral arrangements in such a caring, dignified and professional manner. Finally we like to thank Donagh Community Association for providing refreshments after the funeral and St. Patrick's GFC and St. Comhghall's College for providing guard of honour and their support to Caitlin and Aiobheann. It would be impossible to thank everybody individually so we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intention. Pete's Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church, Donagh, on Sunday 21st December at 10 am.
