Henry “Hank” F. Lindsay
age 92, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 23, 2016. He was born on May 07, 1924 to the late Roy and Rose Lindsay in Canal Fulton. Hank was a graduate of Canal Fulton High School. He married the love of his life, Maxine Fothergill on June 30, 1945 and they shared 65 years until her passing on July 5, 2010.
He is survived by his children Sandy (Gary) Montgomery and Fred (Debbie) Lindsay; his grandchildren Dan (Brett Butler) Montgomery, Julie (Chris) Komarc, Jenny (Toby) Mathias, Jed (Amanda) Lindsay, Jeffrey Montgomery and Lauren Lindsay; four great-grandchildren; his sisters Delores Schweitzer and Helen Shoemaker; his brother, Roland Lindsay and a host of family members and friends. In addition to his parents and wife, Hank was preceded in death by his brother, Clifford Lindsay and a host of in-laws.
A Celebration of his life will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Massillon on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016 from 6-8 p.m and one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at Brookfield Cemetery.
