Earl John Beckman II died Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at his home in Anderson South Carolina. He was born on July 3, 1968 in Elyria Ohio.

Earl served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. After his time served, he settled in Ohio.

Earl was employed by Ford for 14 years, working his way to management. He started out in Ohio and later transferred to Kentucky. In 2006 he accepted a position as Launch Manager at Plastic Omnium and relocated to SC. He worked at Plastic Omnium for 5 years. Earl was a lead in technical support at Techtronic Industries from 2012 until his passing.

Earl and his fiance, Tina Perez, moved to Roosevelt Thompson Rd, Anderson SC in 2017, where together they built their dream home, "Whispering Pines". Earl and Tina enjoyed working side by side on numerous landscaping and other projects at their home. Earl also enjoyed relaxing on his front porch and watching the wildlife. He especially loved his family and friends...and his dog, Rocky. As a great father, Earl enjoyed watching crime shows, going to thrift stores and going fishing with his daughter, Alexis. He enjoyed riding roller coasters, listening to Rihanna and cheering his daughter, Madison on at sporting events. He also enjoyed watching sporting events, walks in the woods and shooting guns with his son, Connor. Earl relished in numerous hobbies such as listening to Billy Graham sermons, cooking, antiquing, and interior/exterior decorating.

Earl is survived by his fiance, Tina Perez; mother and stepfather, Betty Sue McIntosh and Fredrick Ronald McIntosh of Ohio; children, Alexis Marie Beckman, Madison Taylor Beckman, and Connor Thomas Beckman of South Carolina; stepchildren, Douglas Cruz (Amber) Phillips of North Carolina, Mekaela Adrianna Perez of South Carolina; grandchildren, Colton, Anson, and Brennon Phillips of North Carolina; Sister, Deborah K. (Robert) Kendle of Ohio; stepsister, Susan B. Blair-McKinley of Ohio; stepbrother, Mark R. Blair of Michigan and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and stepmother, Charles "Chuck" and Bonnie D. Beckman.

Memorial services will be at his home on Roosevelt Thomson Rd, Anderson SC 29621, Friday, 5/4/2018 at 2 PM.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society
