Brian Everman Obituary

Brian L. Everman

62, died August 9, 2013 in Los Angeles, CA. Brian was born December 9, 1950. After a long illness from exposure to Agent Orange, he passed away peacefully in the Los Angeles V.A. Hospital. His loving friend Arturo Dayoan was at his side.

Brian will be forever missed by his mother Patricia Everman, brothers, Ronald, Douglas, Mark and Matt and sisters, Kathy Batten and Lisa Marie Murphy. His father Austin Everman preceded him in death.

He graduated from Arlington High School in 1969. He served in the Infantry in 1969 in Vietnam and received many commendations, including the Bronze Star. After returning from Vietnam Brian settled in L.A. He graduated from L.A. City College, where he later taught many grateful students who excelled under his tutelage. Only in recent months did he slow down after 3 years of illness. He loved teaching music and he loved to spoil with love and gifts his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Services will be from 10:00 a.m. to Noon on September 14, 2013 in Hendryx Mortuary , 11636 E Washington Street. Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled Veterans Association.

Your missions in life were accomplished with flying colors. Becoming the Brian I wished for many years was answered by The Lord. You were the best person in my life. Best son, brother, uncle, friend and partner. I am so proud of your accomplishment. At first you did not believe in yourself but when you did you became the happiest person. Now you are in heaven with Kyle and Kystle and someday we will be together again. Love, Arturo Madamba Dayoan
