Mary Swords Obituary
Zionsville - Mary Catherine (Murphy) Swords, 76 of Zionsville IN passed away on Thursday, March 20th at St. Vincent's Hospital Indianapolis.
Mary was born on January13, 1945. After graduating from St.Agnus High School she worked for Western Union and the State of Indiana.
In 1972 she wed John (Jack) Swords of Speedway IN. The couple has resided in Zionsville since 1982.
Mary is survived by her husband Jack, her son Nicholas, granddaughter Corrine Amelia Swords, sisters Elizabeth Abbott and Margaret Stychno along with many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Martin Murphy, her sister Helen Rote and four brothers, Michael, John, William and Joseph Murphy.
Funeral arrangements have been made by Simplicity of Zionsville. Services will be held at St Alphonsus Church in Zionsville on May 27,2021 at 2PM with a reception to follow.

I can not say enough nice things about Mary. She will be missed greatly. She was a very wise woman who always had something nice to say about everyone. Mary was loved by so many, and she will be greatly missed. ❤
