Faith Anne Brewer

79, Greenfield, and formerly of Indianapolis, passed away April 21, 2014. She was born August 27, 1934 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Elmer and Harriet (DeVoe) Bryant. Faith retired from the Irvington branch of Union Federal Savings and Loan. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed growing flower gardens and also doing crafts. Faith loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and siblings. She was always a friend to others, helping those in need. Faith was a member of the Irvington Friends Meeting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Brewer, and two brothers, Richard Bryant and Roydon Bryant. Faith is survived by her children, Robert C. Brewer (Susan) and Brian J. Brewer; her grandchildren, Jessica McDonald (Russell), Kristin Hull (Tim), Nick Brewer (fiancée, Jackie Mishler), Cailee Brewer, Brian A. Brewer, and Jay Brewer; her great-grandchildren, Zachary McDonald, Olivia McDonald, and Niamh Faith Hull; her great-great grandchild, Kyson Lee McDonald; her siblings, Robin Bryant, Mary Jane Donahue, Harriet Ruth Morgan (Bob), Don Bryant (Marla), and Jim Bryant (Carol); and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be on Saturday, May 3 at 11 a.m. in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to the of Greater Indiana, 50 E. 91st Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
