Mae Delores Hampton Retired Indianapolis Star and News Employee. Services for Mae Delores Hampton, 76, Randallstown, Maryland, will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, September 27 in Flanner and Buchanan, Washington Park East Funeral Center. Viewing: Sunday, September 26, 2 to 6 p.m. She died Tuesday in Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown, Maryland. A native of Miami, Florida, she was a resident of Indianapolis for 34 years. She retired from the Indianapolis Star and News in the early 90's. She was a member of the United Church of God. Survivors include one son, Arnold (Ann) Hampton of Randallstown, Maryland; two stepsons, Alphaeus and Baruch Hampton of Chicago, Illinois; two granddaughters, Renee Dickerson and Lisa Jackson; one grandson, Mark Hampton; two great grandsons Corbin and Edwin Jackson; and one great granddaughter, Aja Dickerson and brothers Bernard Stanley Moncur and Everett Bennett Moncur.
