94, passed away April 20, 2013. Mary was born in Anderson, IN, to Karl R. and Lorena (Hunter) Zimmer. She grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Shortridge High School. She attended Fairmont College for Women in Washington, DC, and Butler University.

Always adventurous, Mary visited Paris with her sister Dorothy in 1939 and barely made it home before World War II. She acted in Hollywood and then worked as a real estate agent in Indianapolis while raising her children. She became a leader in the nonprofit sector, working as Director of Fund Raising for Christmas Seals, Public Education Director for Indiana Rehabilitation Services, State Coordinator for the White House Conference on Handicapped Individuals, and retiring as Vice President of Community Affairs for Goodwill Industries. She was the fifth woman ever to be president of a Toastmasters Club. She was a Deacon and Sage at Second Presbyterian Church. Mary traveled extensively, visiting Egypt, New Zealand, Europe, Japan, Soviet Russia, and China.

Mary is survived by her loving family, including sons, Jeffrey Scott Quinto and Eric Todd Quinto and their wives, Toni Quinto and Judy Larsen; brother, Karl R. Zimmer, Jr.; sister, Dorothy Crispino; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Her beloved sister, Ann Bruner passed away in 2003 and her beloved sister-in-law, Barbara Zimmer passed away in 2012. Mary had a full life, and she will be missed.
