Angelo is someone I will forever look up, and hope to be as great as him one day. Although I knew Angelo for a short period of time, I was so excited for all that was to come. This is not goodbye angelo, only see you later. You will be missed. Thank you for your friendship and kind words.

So here are my memories of Angelo. He tried to make me feel comfortable right from the beginning of the interview to our last days. Work was work. Things had to be done. I may have had an occasional time when my head felt like it would almost explode at work. But, he would call me on the intercom, and say "Hey I, will you do me a favor?" Knowing quite well, I would never say no. He needed something done, and it was not a favor, it was my job. I had such respect for his knowledge of the law. I am happy that our souls crossed paths. In my heart, I hope that I helped to ease the way for you in this life. I did try. Rest in Peace Ang.

I met Angelo when I was transferred to Philadelphia in 1991 in charge of Claims for a local insurer. We hit it off immediately. We had lunches and I attended a few sporting events with not just him, but his family, his partners and their families and my wife too. I thought it was nice that the families were all together. Angelo was always very helpful and easy to work with. I changed jobs a couple times and our paths crossed again about 3 years ago and we picked up right where we left off. Angelo was not only a great Attorney, but I considered him a friend also. I am sadden to know I won't see him again. I extend my heart felt condolences to his wife and family. Bill

To the Scaricamazza family, I can not imagine the loss that your family feels at this time. I originally didn't know Scotty from the South Philly neighborhood, but I have known him my entire legal career, and once we met, we connected like you did on the playgrounds as kids, the rest was history. And he was like that WITH EVERYONE! He was not only an incredible lawyer, but an even better person. To say that he will be missed by me, and so many, is truly the epitome of an understatement. I will keep you all in my daily prayers and thoughts.

I started practicing law at the same time as Angelo. We had several cases together. He was always a great person and someone I really think the world of. I can’t begin to tell you how shocked I was to see his name in the newspaper. My condolences to your family. I know the pain you are suffering. Always remember all of the great times.

I was very sad to hear about the passing of Angelo. Angelo was the epitome of a gentleman and a scholar. He was an excellent lawyer and practiced in a professional and civil manner. He would always greet you with a smile and a genuine concern. I hope some solace can be found for Lorraine and his son , Angelo , knowing how much Angelo was respected and loved throughout the legal community. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and his friends at this difficult time.

Angelo was a gentlemen's Gentleman in an old-world South Philadelphia kind of way. He was warm and welcoming and always engaging and interesting to speak with and was a great source of pride to all of us in the large and extended Rucci Family. My brother, Ralph, joins me in offering our very deepest condolences to Lorraine and Angelo III for this immeasurable loss. He leaves behind a dark hole that can never be filled.
