CLARENCE ROBERT, age 81, of Churchville, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, Jan. 31, 2005.
Born in Natalie PA, but a resident of Churchville for many years. He was a Philadelphia fireman 33½ years before retirement. Veteran of World War II Army Air Corps. He also served in the South Pacific Theater before his discharge. Mr. Fisher was a charter member of the former Dotterer Memorial Baptist Church.
Son of the late Clarence L. and Rose E. Fisher. Bob was the beloved husband of 59½ years to Mildred D. Fisher; loving father of Kim Robin Meeder (Carson), and loving grand-father (Pop-Pop) of Laura and Jill of Newtown. He is survived by 5 sisters Nellie Donatelli, Mildred Malatratt, Rheda Hartman, Margaret Eppright, and Ina Knoll; predeceased by 3 brothers, Mervin, Bruce, and Alan, and 2 sisters, Mary Davis and Rowena Fisher. Beloved "Uncle Bob" to many nieces and nephews. We who knew Bob know his extraordinary devotion and love of family will be forever remembered and sorely missed. The Memorial Service will be held Saturday, 6 P.M., at Washington Crossing United Methodist Church, Rt. 532 & Wrightstown Road, Washington Crossing. In lieu of flowers, contri-butions can be made to Clarence Fisher Memorial Fund at Washington Crossing United Methodist Church.
