WALLY 'WALTER" September 1, 2011. Husband of Edith (nee Axelrod); father of Barbara Neibart and Allan Neibart; brother of Renee Berg;
grandfather of Sam Smith. Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Services Sunday 4 P.M. precisely GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Wally was an exceptional teacher - I took drawing and cartooning lessons (Really an extended life drawing evening class any the Philadelphia school of art) back in 1977 and his work has stuck with me - as did his personality for these past nearly 5 decades. What a talented artist!

I cherish Wally's cartoon Xmas cards and still have them in an album. A great guy with a great wife. I'm in the phone book.
