My Brother and I were visiting my Mother Beverly Rosen today, and we began talking about the Time my Dad,Fred Rosen, (who passed away in 2018) was a part owner of an Athletic Shoe Store-(I can't rememember the name) My Mom Rembered his Partner was Bobby Manlin. So I looked him up- and found out that he lost his battle with Cancer back in 2020. I have very fond Memories of Mr. Manlin and the Store.(I think it was located near Red Lion and Bustleton Ave.) I send my deepest condolences to your whole Family-- ([email protected])

I worked with Bob when he was VP at Larami as one of his rep firms. He was always kind and had a wild spirit hard to tame. This man was passionate about toys and enjoying life to the fullest. May he rest in peace, and his family find peace as well.

Bob and I would take many short walks from our Larami office in Philly to have lunch at Reading Terminal. It is still my favorite place to have lunch. We spent much time driving to every South Philly and South Jersey toy retail store reviewing products and pricing. We spent time preparing for NYC and Dallas Toy Fairs/shows for almost 10 years. We spent time at the Toys R Us layout store in Wayne NJ working product and at his office in Hong Kong on Canton Road reviewing product. Bob was the best of the best and it was a pleasure working with him for 12 years of my life. Rest in Peace Bob.
