Love u dad

February 22, 2008

Was searching the net and your fathers obit. I am so sorry to here you have lost someone so special in your life. The lost of a parent is the worst thing that can happen to a child. I know it happened to me. My condolences even when its late. I need to ask a favor of you can you tell me where the files are or where they are stored when your dad retired. He did a case for me and I would like the file so I can give it to my present attorney for his records. I would greatly appreciate what you can do for me. And again sorry for your great loss. Please advise through my e-mail address: [email protected] Thank you

Mel-

I can not believe after 54 years together you are gone. I miss you so very much, and have been sleeping with your picture, and the memorial card given to me by Chapel of the Chimes. My life, although it must continue, will never be the same again. I feel that void in my heart that only a marriage that withstood so much can bring about.

You left suddenly, and never said goodbye, and althought I am grateful that you were at piece and did not suffer, I will never understand why.

I love you honey, and want you to know that Laury, Mickey, Brad, Wilma, Jared, Julia, Brandon and Jeremy are all doing their best to keep your spirit burning bright. In fact, Laury and Mickey bought me a puppy to keep me company, and comfort me. He is cute, and although you may have gotten upset about a dog in the house I think you would love him also. Your 4 wonderful grandchildren have named him Mel in honor of you. Please take comfort in knowing that I am OK, and althoiugh my heart is empty, I will be with you again one day.

Please rest in peace knowing how much you were loved and respected by all that you came in contact with.

Your loving wife,

Marilyn

It was with sadness that I received the news of the loss of your father and grandfather. He was a wonderful man to talk to and I enjoyed very much meeting him and your mother/grandmother at Jared's Bar Mitzvah last year. I know you will miss him, but families are forever and you will see him again.

To my cousin Laury and her family my cousin Brad and his family and my Aunt Marney.

I was heartbroken to learn of the passing of my Uncle Mel. I have tons of memories, however one stands out clearly for me. Uncle Mel teaching me how to make egg plant parm in the kitchen in Seaford. We made a mess, flour, eggs all over the floor, and he never got mad at me, we just laughed. I know life has gotten in the way of us being in touch, but I love you all. My thoughts are with all of you at this time.

Love, Robin
