Marion STONE Obituary
Of Forfar, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday May 7, 2021 at the age of 94. Predeceased by her husband Ross and sister Beryl, Marion felt she had lived a long and happy life. She was the mother of David of Forfar, Lloyd of Forfar, Grant (Linda) of Narrows Locks, Philip (Joey) of Victoria, BC and Laura Farnes (Dave) of Kanata. In addition, she had seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

I did not know Marion that well as I only saw her a few times when I taught classes at Leeds but the little time we spent together was filled with her passion and curiosity for the art. Also always helpful and full of energy. She was loved by many of the ladies there and will be remembered with fondness. May she rest in peace and paint now with the angels.

Marion was a lady of many talents. My memory of her will be her energetic, inquisitive, compassionate personality,. Nothing was to difficult for her! Peace and comfort t o her family.
