Jerry Ivey Obituary
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 2, 12 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bobby Ivey and Tommy Ivey officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, 10-12 at Deaton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dennis Memory Gardens, Dennis, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda Rodrigues; his brother, Larry "Mac" Ivey (Sue); niece and caregiver, Diane Pruitt (Randy) and a host of other nieces and nephews, too many to name.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, J.T. Ivey, Carlton Ivey, Paul Ivey, Sydney Ivey, Rodney Ivey and infant brothers, Daniel, Roger and Baby Boy Ivey and sisters, Quaye Sides, Bertha Steele, Jackie Hollond and Gayle Ivey.
Pallbearers will be Randy Pruitt, Dave LeVee, Derek Johnson, Jody Hughes, Bubba Medlin and Taylor Nichols. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Swindle, Wade Hutcheson, Ross Cooper and Robert Clark.
